The Chauffeur will meet you at the gate with a sign displaying your name. An additional charge of $10+PARKING will apply for this service. â€“ All arriving passengers that have requested an “INSIDE PICKUP”. MUST LOOK for their contact NAME posted on our card.

Curbside Pickup

Your reserved vehicle will be waiting for you at the Airport parking lot. After you claim your baggage and you are ready, please immediately contact North West Limo at 1-914-294-0777 and follow the instructions. Your name will be displayed in the Passenger side window or windshield of the vehicle, unless otherwise instructed. Please do not go to the parking lot to locate your limousine. For additional information, please contact us directly. There is no additional charge for Curbside Pick-ups. – If you miss your flight or cannot locate you driver, North West Limo must be called at 1-914-294-0777 to avoid “NO SHOW” charges.

– We keep track of all incoming flights, but we are not responsible for diversions/customs/baggage. – For Domestic Arrivals: 30 minute FREE WAIT TIME is given from the scheduled arrival time posted by our Airline, unless you notify us prior to your arrival of unexpected change on your arrival due to your departure circumstances. – For International Arrivals: 1 Hour FREE WAIT TIME is given from the scheduled arrival time posted by your Airline. – After the AIRPORT FREE TIME is elapsed, waiting time will get charged at 75 cents per additional minute for a SEDAN, $1.00 per minute for SUV/MINIVAN and $2.00 per minute for LARGE VAN/STRETCH. – North West Limo shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control due to airline delays, air/ground, luggage’s, traffic, weather, road conditions and breakdowns. Non-Airport Pickups

– All passengers scheduled for pick-up MUST try to the best of their ability to be outside by the time of scheduled pickup. – In the event that you DO NOT SEE your driver, all passengers must call North West Limo at 1-914-294-0777 and we will match you up within few moments.

– Please do not leave assuming your driver is not there. By not leaving you will avoid being charged a NO SHOW FEE. – North West Limo shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control due to airline delays, air/ground, luggage’s, traffic, weather, road conditions and breakdowns.

– North West Limo assumes no responsibility for LOST or DAMAGED BAGGAGE, PERSONAL BELONGINGS, or any items left in the vehicle. Clients must check for their belongings before exiting the vehicle. If you leave something in the car and the driver leaves, you will be charged regular fare for us to return your belongings to your residence. – You will be responsible for any damage done to the vehicle by you or your kids, for example, throwing up in the car, ripped leather, any kind of misuse or mishandling of any components of the vehicle. – It is up to the driver to allow food in the vehicle.

– You will be charged for getting the car fixed/cleaned/repaired for any damages caused by you. Customers are allowed 15 included minutes waiting time as a “grace period” from the scheduled pickup time. Thereafter, waiting time is calculated in 15 minute intervals by prorating the current hourly rate for the vehicle type requested. Below is an example of waiting time charges: 0 – 15 minutes: No Charge 16 – 30 minutes: ½ hour waiting time 31 – 45 minutes: ¾ hour waiting time 46 – 60 minutes: 1 hour waiting time

Additional Stops

Charges for additional stops are generally $10-25 depending upon the distance traveled. Typically, stops within the same suburban town are $10 each and stops at other towns along the way are $20. Trips to/from Manhattan below 42th Street are an additional $10 added to the base rate.

Early Morning Surcharge

Trips that are scheduled for pickup between 11:00pm and 5:00am incur an additional $10.00 added to base price.

Holiday Surcharge

Trips that are scheduled for pickup between 11:00pm and 5:00am incur an additional $10.00 added to base price. Trips on the holidays listed below incur an additional $10.00 added to base price. – Christmas Eve (starting at 4 pm) – Christmas Day – Easter Sunday – New Years Eve (starting at 4 pm) – New Years Day – Independence Day (July 4th) – Memorial Day – Labor Day – Thanksgiving Day

Chauffeur Gratuity

20% of the base fare and 20% of any waiting time and stops (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy

– No charge for cancellation of a reservation completed in advance, if it is cancelled 12 hours prior to the pickup time. – 25% charge for cancellations with less then a 12 hour notice. – 50% charge for cancellations with less then a 6 hour notice. – 100% charge for cancellations with less then a 3 hour notice. – Same day reservations can not be cancelled and will be charged in full.
